Return/Exchange Policy

At Purse Exclusive, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging and tags intact

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging

  3. Mention your order ID and issue details

4. Exchange Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, an exchange will be processed (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution will be offered.

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.

  • If a return is requested for reasons other than defects, shipping charges may apply.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days after approval.

  • COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

7. RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

8. Final Decision

Purse Exclusive reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
