3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:

- Remote or non-serviceable locations

7. Delivery Address & Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Purse Exclusive is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address information.
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.

8. Undelivered / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/videos of the package and product for quick resolution.
